On Sunday 15th October I'm running the Amsterdam Marathon, which will be my first (and let's face it, probably only) marathon.

It's going to be seriously tough, but I know that however bad it is it'll be easier if I think of Tom and am raising money for the BHF and the incredible work they continue to do.
