I am taking part in a 5k run on Sunday 23rd April 2017. I am raising money in memory for the British heart foundation in memory of my friend Dan Dunmill.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. My friend Dan passed away suddenly last year only a week before his 21st birthday. It was later discovered he had an aorta dissection which he did not know about. Please give what you can and all your support is appreciated.
