It is that time of year again when I will be giving up chocolate for the whole of March, this will be my 9th year of raising funds for the British heart foundation in memory of my beautiful baby boy Freddy who passed away from cardiomyopathy at 4 weeks old. Hopefully it will help stop anyone having to go through what myself and my family did nearly 10 years ago.
