So it's dechox time again and this year the BHF have moved it to February! Myself and my children will be giving up chocolate for the whole month. For the people that know me well, will know that this is a very hard thing for me to do, but it is all in memory of my son Freddy, who devastatingly passed away at 4 weeks old due to a heart condition. Dechox is something I do for him every year, to raise money for research into children's heart conditions, so hopefully one day it will stop a family having to go through what we did in 2014! Please if you can spare a little change, it would mean to much to us! Thank you, Karli, Casey-Lynne & Lucas xxx
