In previous years I have run the Great North Run for personal pride. However, this year it means a little more. Early this year we lost someone very close to Emily and her family and in memory of Emily's late Grampy I will be running this year's Great North Run on behalf of the British Heart Foundation on Sunday 10th September 2023. Any donations would be greatly appreciated to support the work of the British Heart Foundation.
