In January this year, my Grandpa passed away from a heart attack. Since his retirement, he started running and competed in numerous runs from 5ks to Marathons. He was that man that got me into running, but I never thought I would want to run more than 10km, but I want to push myself and run further, in his memory. So I will be running the Great North Run on 10th September for British Heart Foundation. Any donations would be really appreciated.
