Sadly, Jennifer peacefully passed away in her sleep, on Sunday 17th December 2023, from heart failure. As a family, we have made the decision to request only immediate family flowers at her funeral but if you would like to make a donation in Jennifer's memory, we would like to support The British Heart Foundation.
