Jordan sadly passed away on 27 June 2015, aged 16. Those of us who were lucky enough to have known him all remember him as an amazing young man. Jordan’s short life was filled with challenges however this never deterred his positive outlook on life. Jordan was all set to begin a path towards a sporting career, his ultimate dream was to become a qualified skiing instructor. Jordan had major heart surgery in March 2015 to replace his aortic arch, aortic root and his ascending/descending aorta. Following 13 hours of heart surgery the operation was a success. Jordan was recovering well and looking forward to his future. In May 2015 the surgeons were thrilled with his recovery and gave him the all clear unfortunately though in June he became unwell and deteriorated quickly. We sadly lost him only a few days later. Jordan was so unbelievably strong & brave.
