As a way of thanking everyone involved in Jordanne's amazing survival and recovery and allowed her to continue to be the most amazing mother, wife, sister and daughter we have set up a giving page for the British Heart Foundation.

Remembering the anniversary of when I nearly died from 2 cardiac arrests and heart failure. Thank you so much to all my family, the QE, Heartlands, the BHF and everyone who helped save my life so I can enjoy everyday watching my little boy grow up.
