A loving husband and family man who enjoyed 97 years of life

Dad worked for over 30 years in various roles within bus companies in Scotland. He was also a very active Union representative who even went to Russia when travelling abroad which was unusual at the time. He was a family man but still found time to return to Market Rasen to see his family on a regular basis.
Dad spent time with his grandchildren after he retired and went on many journeys with them. He lived with congenital heart disease for many years but never let it stop him from doing things. In his latter years he spent time at home with Mum and they were together at the very end. He leaves behind a wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A great legacy. His sister and her her family still live in Market Rasen.
