Former RMT HST guard and now an ASLEF driver. Bob stood up for the workers and amongst my railway mates he is very much loved and sadly missed. My sympathies to the family at this time.

Donation of £100 on behalf of Unite members working for the University and College Union. Bob was a tremendous inspiration to all trade unionists. His death is a great loss to the movement.
