One of Janet's favourite walks was from Frinton on Sea to Walton on the Naze so we are going to meet up at a lovely Beach Hut on Frinton esplanade and take a nice stroll by the sandy beaches and gentle waves, to remember happy times. Feel free to have fish and chips, cream teas or anything you fancy at the end of the walk.You can raise money for the British Heart Foundation if you wish but this is not obligatory.
